4. Location Data

We may collect GPS/location data to provide better matchmaking results. You may disable location access via device settings.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

User Content

"User Content" includes:

• Profile descriptions
• Photos
• Chat messages

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates laws
• Harms minors
• Contains abuse or harassment
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Promotes hate or violence

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Child Safety & CSAE Policy (Strict 18+ Platform)

DesireHeart is strictly for users aged 18 years and above.

We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy for:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming behavior
• Sexual communication involving minors
• Attempt to contact minors
• Exploitation of minors

If we detect:

• Minor accounts
• Minor-related sexual content
• Grooming behavior

We will:

• Immediately suspend the account
• Permanently ban the user
• Remove offending content
• Report to law enforcement authorities where required
• Cooperate fully with investigations

Users may report suspicious activity using:

• In-app "Report User" feature

Why We Collect Your Information

We collect data to:

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account with DesireHeart, you must contact our support team by sending a request to support@desireheart.app. Please ensure that your request includes the following information:

• Full name associated with the account.
• The email address used to register the account.
• A brief explanation for the request (optional).

Once we receive your account deletion request, we will process it as soon as possible, usually within 5–7 business days. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and upon deletion, all your personal data and account information will be permanently removed from our system. Any subscriptions or services tied to the account will also be canceled.

By submitting a request for account deletion, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose access to any services or content associated with your account. If there are any outstanding payments or subscriptions, these will need to be resolved prior to account deletion.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If material changes occur:

• We will notify users via app or email
• Update the effective date

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates.
